Remembering the past while sustaining the future...

  Christchurch suffered a massive earthquake,
September 3, 2010 and since then over 10,000
  earthquake events/aftershocks have been recorded
As a result, the historical landscape of Christchurch is
changing.  The challenge is how to both remember
the past and move forward, hopefully to a more
sustainable future.  To this end, our dear friend and
colleague, Dr. Colin Meurk, continues to set the stage
for how to do things right.  His demonstration garden
won gold at the Ellerslie International Flower Show
for showing how sustainable plantings can rise from
the rubble of the Christchurch earthquakes to create a
beautiful memorial and future for us all.
